Client’s Need:

A new CHRO wanted to host a strategic planning session for her HR Leadership Team in order to share the department vision and set goals for the upcoming years.

Axxum Consulting Approach:

As the trusted partner to the CHRO, Axxum provided content development and facilitation support for the two-day off-site strategic planning session. A strategic roadmap was built as well as high value activities to focus on alignment of HR vision and strategy. A detailed action plan with highest impact, value creating activities was created, including business impacts and KPIs for each high value activity.

Outcomes:

The HR vision and goals were shared and validated with the HRLT, and a set of actions and initiatives were developed to achieve their goals. Commitments to their internal and external customers were agreed upon.
