We are a small team surrounded by experts who are committed to being the trusted organizational effectiveness partner to our current and future clients, empowering leaders and employees to be happy, motivated and effective in all they do.

About our founder - Mariam Huss is the Founder of Axxum Consulting, a management consulting firm that offers Human Capital, Operations and Strategy services. She has 20 years of experience of professional services on global projects for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to her own practice, she held senior positions at IBM, EY and KPMG.

She holds an MBA from Université Laval (Canada), is certified PMP (Project Management Institute) and Prosci (Change Management). She is involved in the community where she sits on the Board of the French American Chamber of Commerce Chicago, the Association of Change Management Professionals Midwest and she was named Emerging Leader by the Chicago Council of Global Affairs in 2020.
